New York born, Zandisile Mthwalo, known by his stage name DJ Zee, has established himself as a prominent figure in the South African hip-hop DJ scene. Discovering his passion for music at an early age. DJ Zee is a self-taught maestro who has grown to achieve widespread recognition.
Currently, DJ Zee boasts an impressive resume, having graced the decks at some of South Africa's most renowned clubs. His sets have ignited dance floors at the most iconic clubs and venues in and around South Africa. He remains a household name in his hometown of Johannesburg, while his influence extends from Sandton to Soweto to Ekhuruleni. In addition to his live performances, DJ Zee has showcased his skills on national and international television music shows. He's left an indelible mark on programs like LIVE (on SABC 1) and music shows on Channel O, Vuzu and Mojalove, expertly working the turntables. Furthermore, his residency on the ETV TV show, Shiz Niz, solidified his status as a prominent DJ figure. He's also graced the airwaves with live mixes on 94.7 Highveld Radio, YFM, 5FM, Metro FM, and Gagasi FM amongst others.
